Description of the facility:
A fitness facility that combines a number of facilities for strengthening and working on different muscles:
Position number 1 – belly sofa – instructions for use:
1. Lie on the bed with your back on the bed,
2. Put your feet under the bars as in the picture.
3. Start working.
Position number 2 – work on the lower abdomen – instructions for use:
1. Stand between the parallels with your back to the device
2. Grasp the handle
3. Lean back and raise your legs at a 90 degree angle.
Position number 3 – Training with TRX resistance bands – Instructions for use:
1. Hang the straps in the lower part of the facility and in the designated places.
2. Perform training against the resistance of the bands.
Position number 4 – voltage regulator – instructions for use:
1. Grab the horizontal bar.
2. Begin to ascend and descend in a controlled manner.
Position number 5 – wide/narrow voltage regulator – instructions for use:
1. Grab the horizontal bar.
2. Begin to ascend and descend in a controlled manner.
Position number 6 – monkey walking ladder – instructions for use:
1. Grasp the horizontal bar of the ladder.
2. Start walking the steps of the ladder.
